Fragrant Citrus Taste (Sweet)

This is a very pleasant tasting citrus tree blossom honey, it is mild and has a gentle hint of citrus notes. It comes from bees feeding on the blossoms of the Mediterranean orange trees, different from the tree honey which comes from sap, these blossom honey varieties are much lighter in taste and colour and tend to set quicker due to higher glucose levels. A popular honey amongst children and adults.

Who produces our honey? Our Orange Blossom Honey is produced by local beekeepers in Spain, who produce honey at an undeniable level of expertise. This Beekeeper consistently wins awards for his honey including the Superior Taste Award ratings from iTQi (International Taste and Quality Institute). Our bee-keepers from Spain produce their honey in a traditional way so our honey does not go through rigorous factory processes.

Honey and Crystallisation

Crystallisation is a natural process with honey so please do not be alarmed. If your honey is set, you can make it runnier by placing it in a pan of hot water for about ten minutes (and repeat as necessary). Please store it in a warm place in the household but away from direct sunlight.
